"I have used Listol for my son who is a junior in highschool now and I noticed it has worked for him and for my 11 year old daughter. Listol works but I also had to cut down on sugar in their diet. They also take a multivitamin daily that is an enzyme therapy formula. The only thing I don't like is paying for it . It is expensive. My son was on ritalin for eight years and it gave him such bad stomach aches bad enough to where he would be on the floor holding his stomach from the pain. It also made him a zombie.
